Easy Pork Miso Soup
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 1/2 pack Maitake mushrooms
- 1 Aburaage
- 1/2 pack Konnyaku
- 200 grams Pork
- 50 ml A: Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 700 ml A: Water
- 3 tbsp A: Sake
- 1 clove A: Garlic
- 2 cm A: Ginger
- 1 tbsp B: white miso
- 1 tsp B: Red miso
- 1 pinch B: Soy sauce
- 1 pinch B: Salt
- 1 Ichimi spice
- Cut the vegetables, shred the maitake, and dice the tofu.
- Parboil the aburaage and konnyaku, then slice the aburaage.
- Make a slit in the middle of konnyaku, put one end into the cut and twist.
- These knots are cute in the soup.
- Put the ingredients and A ingredients into a pot, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- When the soup comes to the boil, add the B ingredients and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
