Club Sandwich
- 3 slices Bacon
- 1 Wheat Roll
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 3 slices Smoked Ham
- 2 ounces, weight Turkey Slices
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 slice Cheese, American
- 2 leaves Lettuce Or Some Salad Mix

- Cook the bacon and place on a paper towel to drain off the excess grease.
- I break each strip in half after cooking so each sandwich gets 6 pieces (3 whole slices of bacon per sandwich).

- Cut the buns in half and toast slightly (I used the toaster).
- 3.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayo on each slice of bread, and add some mustard (as much as you like).
- On the bottom slice of the bread, layer on the ham, turkey, tomato slices, bacon slices, cheese, and lettuce.
- Top with the other slice of bread and secure with 2 toothpicks before cutting the sandwich into 2 peices.
- You could also add some thin slices of red onion or avocado.
