Squid and mushroom stir fry

  1. Start the wok with the oil and add the garlic and ginger, stir for 10 seconds.
  2. Add the cubed zucchini, then the leeks and mushrooms
  3. Mix the oyster sauce with the Water in a small bowl and then add it to the wok, stir some more.
  4. Add a bit more water if needed.
  5. Lastly, add the squares of squid and stir well for about two more minutes and it is done!
