Chimicangas

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 medium onions chopped
• 1/2 cup enchilada sauce

1. Brown the meat and drain.
2. Add the onion, cook until soft.
3. Add the sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Spoon into tortillas with any topping.
