Pork Chops in Sour Cream Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, brown the pork chops.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water, the brown sugar, onion, ketchup, garlic and bouillon cube.
  3. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
  4. Remove pork chops to a serving platter and keep warm.
  5. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/4 cup of water.
  6. Slowly add to the cooking liquid.
  7. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  8. Stir in the sour cream and heat thoroughly.
  9. DO NOT BOIL.
  10. Serve the sauce over the pork chops.
  11. Enjoy!
