Red & Green Stir-Fry

  1. Place a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, add the olive oil, peas, tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peas are crisp-tender and the tomatoes are warmed through, about 3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
