Beary Christmas Popcorn Snacks Recipe
- 16 c. popcorn popped
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt miniature chocolate chips red cinnamon candies
- 1 x rib bon to decorate
- Place popcorn in a very large bowl.
- In a medium saucepan, combine marshmallows, butter and lowfat milk.
- Stirring constantly, cook over low heat till marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour marshmallow mix over popcorn and stir till proportionately coated.
- Using lightly greased hands, press about 1/2 c. popcorn mix into a 4 - 1/2 inch bear shaped mold.
- Transfer to waxed paper.
- Press 2 chocolate chips and 1 candy into bear for eyes and nose.
- Repeat with remaining popcorn mix.
- Cold completely.
- Tie ribbon around neck of each bear.
