Cheddar Cheese Sauce

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
  3. Season with salt, cayenne, and paprika.
  4. Slowly stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and thickens, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add cheese and stir until it melts.
  6. Serve immediately over vegetables.
