Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 1 14 cups milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter.
- Stir in flour and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
- Season with salt, cayenne, and paprika.
- Slowly stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Add cheese and stir until it melts.
- Serve immediately over vegetables.
