Blue Ribbon Cornbread Recipe

  1. NOTE: Omit baking pwdr and salt and add in 1 tsp.
  2. baking soda if self-rising cornmeal is used.
  3. Sift flour with sugar, baking pwdr and salt, stir in cornmeal.
  4. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, Blair butter flavoring and beat just till smooth.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
