The Rabbit Gin Sour

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the London Dry Gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice; shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
