Ww Core - Sweet Pork Crock Pot Recipe

• 1 -2 lb lean pork loin
• 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
• 2 cored & pared sliced apples
• 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
• 1 cup baby carrots
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 dash nutmeg

1. Put in crockpot - high for about 4 hours or low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
