Pepperoni Cheese Tarts Recipe

• 1 c. flour
• 1 egg
• 3/4 c. lowfat milk
• Healthy pinch of salt & pepper
• 1/2 c. minced pepperoni
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
• Grated cheese (handful)

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Drop by teaspoonfuls into greased miniature cupcake tins.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min.
4. Yield: 24 tarts.
