Mince Meat Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. Crisco
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 2 tbsp. warm water
• 1 c. (generous) mince meat
• 1 c. nut meats
• 3 1/4 c. flour

1. Cream together Crisco, sugar, and salt.
2. Beat Large eggs and add in to above mix.
3. Add in soda in warm water to mix.
4. Add in mince meat, nut meats, and flour.
5. Drop by teaspoonful on greased tins.
6. Bake at 350 degrees (medium oven) for 5 - 10 min.
