Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars Recipe
- 12 ounce Butterscotch morsels
- 1/3 c. Butter
- 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 c. Nuts, minced
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium saucepan, heat butterscotch morsels and butter.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
- In a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, press half of mix firmly onto bottom.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy and add in condensed lowfat milk, egg and vanilla.
- Mix well and pour on top of butterscotch layer.
- Top with remaining butterscotch crumb mix.
- Bake 25-30 min.
- Cold to room temperature.
- Refrigeratebefore cutting into bars.
- Chill finished bars.
- Makes 35 bars.
