Seven Layer Picnic Salad Recipe

  1. In a large, clear glass salad bowl, layer the torn mixed greens, chicken style meat alternate, tomatoes, corn or possibly peas, red onion, and sliced celery.
  2. For dressing, in a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream dip.
  3. Stir till well blended.
  4. Spread dressing over top of salad.
  5. Cover and refrigerateup to 24 hrs.
  6. To serve, sprinkle with shredded cheese and garnish with radish slices.
  7. NOTE: Flavor of dressing may be varied by adding parsley, avocado or possibly chives to the lowfat sour cream dip.
