Tropical Waterfall

• 750 ml Momokawa ruby sake
• English cucumber (Peeled & Sliced)
• mango juice (Fresh or Canned)

1. Pour sake into a pitcher & add 1/2 cucumber.
2. Infuse sake with sliced cucumber overnight.
3. Mix equal parts of mango juice & cucumber-infused Ruby Sake.
4. Shake with ice and serve straight up or over ice.
5. Garnish with cucumber slice.
