Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe
- 2 lbs. steak, cut in 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. water
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans mushrooms
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Brown steak; put in cooker.
- Stir in water, mushrooms and soup mix.
- Cook on HIGH 5-6 hrs.
- Now combine flour and lowfat sour cream; stir into steak mix.
- Cover and cook 1/2 hour longer.
- Serve over warm cooked noodles.
