Pig Feet with Italian Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Pig feet (boiled)
- 100 ml Water
- 150 ml Red wine
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Consomme soup stock cubes
- 30 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 grams Butter
- I used pre-boiled pig feet sold at the supermarket.
- Add the ingredients and the pig feet to the pressure cooker, close with the lid, and turn on the heat.
- Once the pressure starts, reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
- When it is time to stop the heat, remove the pressure and let sit for a while.
- Add the ingredients and let it simmer.
- Simmer until creamy, and then it's complete.
- These go well with bread.
- My husband, who loves rice, also gives this his approval.
