Irvixen's M&M Sugar Cookies - Bakery Style
- 12 oz Mini M&M candies
- 3 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 1 2/3 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg
- 2 cup Flour, sifted
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cream butter, oil, cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Add flour, baking powder and cream of tarter, mix well.
- Stir in M&Ms.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350F.
- Let sit on pan for a few minutes before removing to cooking racks.
