Deviled Steak Sandwiches Recipe
- 1 pound cubed steaks
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 med. onion
- 1/3 c. bottled steak sauce
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 to 5 slices bread, toasted and buttered
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs, sliced
- Fry steaks in warm oil for 2 min, each side.
- Set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook 1/2 c. water, onion, steak sauce, brown sugar, mustard and salt till onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return steaks to skillet and coat with onion mix.
- Serve on toast, topped with egg slices.
