Seafood Seviche Tacos

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the Seviche with the tortillas.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
