Keilbasa Cabbage
- 1 (16 ounce) package kielbasa
- 1 head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1 cup onion, peeled & chopped
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 3 cups water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- slice keilbasa into 1 inch pieces.
- put all the igredients in a roaster and stir.
- bake for 45 minutes to an hour until vegtables are tender.
- ENJOY.
