  1. Fry and crisp bacon when the fatty part of bacon is not quite rendered deglaze the pan with wine
  2. The liquids will leave the pan quickly stir constantly remove from heat when rendered
  3. Add to a container with tight lid add sugar on top close lid shake well let sit 10 minutes enjoy
