Sweet and salty bacon, toppings
- 1 cup smokey bacon
- 1/4 cup white wine, I used sweet potatoe wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar, light
- Fry and crisp bacon when the fatty part of bacon is not quite rendered deglaze the pan with wine
- The liquids will leave the pan quickly stir constantly remove from heat when rendered
- Add to a container with tight lid add sugar on top close lid shake well let sit 10 minutes enjoy
