Salmon Sweet and Spicy
- 2 salmon fillets
- 14 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sherry wine
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 shallot
- 4 tablespoons butter
- mix everything together except salmon and butter
- brown salmon in 2 tablespoons butter remove from heat when still rare.
- add shallot to pan until soft pour in sauce mixture add remaining butter and reduce until it is a syrup ,add salmon back in pan to cover serve with rice and broccoli.
