Marmalade Whisky Cream

  1. Beat cream until firm.
  2. Beat egg whites till firm gradually adding sugar.
  3. Beat till sugar dissolved.
  4. Fold egg whites into cream with marmalade and whisky.
  5. Serve with fresh or canned fruit.
