Chicken Stuffing Bake
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 (6 ounce) package Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) packagesteamfresh broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions
- 1 (8 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
- 1 12 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
- In a large bowl, combine soup and milk until blended.
- Add the stuffing mix with contents of seasoning packet, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms, and 1 c cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
