Mac with Asparagus and Prosciutto
- 380g packet KRAFT Macaroni Cheese Deluxe
- 60g prosciutto, fried until crisp, torn into strips
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 5cm lengths
- 1/4 cup torn basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- Prepare the Macaroni Cheese as per the instructions.
- Cook the asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until just tender.
- Stir through the Macaroni Cheese with the proscuitto, basil and pine nuts.
- Simmer 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
