Warm Chicken and Asparagus and Tortellini Salad
- 625 g spinach and ricotta tortellini, cooked as per packet instructions, keep warm
- 400 g chicken tenderloins, chargrilled, sliced diagonally King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.19 thru 02/09
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 3cm lengths and cooked until just tender
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 3/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tangy Tomato Pasta Salad Dressing
- COMBINE the pasta with the chicken, asparagus, basil and olives in a large serving bowl.
- Drizzle with the dressing and toss through.
- Serve immediately.
- HANDY TIP: This salad may be served cold.
