cheesy splitdogs

  1. Split hotdogs lengthwise but don't cut all the way thru.
  2. Open it like a book.
  3. Heat oil and fry till brown and crispy.
  4. Move to paper towels, to absorb excessive oil.
  5. Drizzle honey, barbecue sauce, mustard on top
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Serve I hope you enjoy
