Beef Lentil Soup

  1. Brown beef and drain.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large stock pot.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hr or until lentils and vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove bay leaf before serving.
