Shish Kabob (Kebab) Marinade

• 1 garlic clove, mashed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup olive oil
• 12 cup lemon juice
• 12 cup dry wine
• 12 teaspoon thyme
• 14 teaspoon ground coriander

1. Mash the salt into the garlic.
2. Combine all the ingredients.
3. Goes well on lamb.
