Marvelous Meatballs!

  1. In a small bowl, combine torn bread pieces and milk.
  2. Put ground beef, sausage, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Add softened bread crumbs.
  4. Using your hands or a large spoon, mix ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, measure meat mixture and place 1/2 apart on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.
  7. Makes approximately 38 meatballs.
  8. To freeze, put cooled meatballs into a freezer safe plastic bag and freeze up to four months.
  9. To reheat, take 10 meatballs out, place in a microwave safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
