Marvelous Meatballs!
- 4 slices Bread, Torn Into Small Pieces
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 pound Sausage (Italian, Mild, Hot, Or Maple...you Choose!)
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced (or 1/4 Tablespoon Garlic Powder)
- In a small bowl, combine torn bread pieces and milk.
- Put ground beef, sausage, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic in a large bowl.
- Add softened bread crumbs.
- Using your hands or a large spoon, mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, measure meat mixture and place 1/2 apart on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Makes approximately 38 meatballs.
- To freeze, put cooled meatballs into a freezer safe plastic bag and freeze up to four months.
- To reheat, take 10 meatballs out, place in a microwave safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
