Skillet Chicken & Stuffing

  1. BROWN chicken in 2 Tbsp.
  2. butter in large nonstick skillet.
  3. ADD contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, water and remaining 2 Tbsp.
  4. butter.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  7. STIR stuffing crumbs into skillet; cover.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
