Skillet Chicken & Stuffing
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 1/3 cups water
- BROWN chicken in 2 Tbsp.
- butter in large nonstick skillet.
- ADD contents of vegetable/seasoning packet, water and remaining 2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- STIR stuffing crumbs into skillet; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
