Steak with mushrooms. Shrimp stuffed baked potato
- 4 steak cutlet
- 1 container sliced mushrooms
- 4 Large potatoes
- 1 bag cooked/raw shrimp
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 olive oil
- 1 chopped italian parsley
- 1 shredded cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 balsamic vinaigrette
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Season steak with salt and pepper I added a little balsamic vinegar for tenderness.
- Peel shrimp.
- Heat two separate skillet with butter garlic and olive oil.
- Season shrimp and mushrooms to your liking.
- Add to skillet cook till desired tenderness.
- Cook steak til desired tenderness as well as the potatoes I made the potatoes for about 30 minutes the stakes 10 minutes on each side for medium well.
- Split apart potatoes add butter salt pepper, then add sour cream shrimp diced green onions, and shredded cheese.
- Top the steak with mushrooms and you can also top the potatoes with then add chopped parsley for garnish.
