Chocolate, Fig and Almond Pizza

• 1 cup marscapone cheese
• 1 cup chopped figs
• 1 cup amoretto galliano
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup blanched and finely sliced almonds

1. Marinate the figs in Amoretto for 2 hours minimum.
2. Spread the mascarpone cheese over the homemade pizza base.
3. Place figs on top along with rest of ingredients in order listed.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 220C/425F.
