Greek Lamb And Bean Stew Recipe

• 1 pound navy beans
• 1 1/2 pound stewing lamb
• 4 lg. onions, minced
• 3 lg. bunches parsley, minced
• 1 lemon sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cover with water.
2. Cook on high heat 10 hrs.
3. Add in more water if the mix gets dry.
