Almond-Chocolate Chip Bread (1 1/2-Pound Recipe)

  1. Make 1 1/2-pound recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour, or make 1-pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cups flour.
  2. Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except almonds in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Add almonds at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
  4. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle.
  5. Use Medium or Light crust color.
  6. Do not use delay cycles.
  7. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
