Apple Dapple Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. Oil
• 2 c. Sugar
• 3 x Large eggs
• 3 c. Flour
• 1 tsp Soda
• 2 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 3 c. Apples
• 1 c. Coconut
• 1 c. Pecans
• 1 c. Brown sugar
• 1/2 c. Margarine
• 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease a tube pan.
3. Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl.
4. Add in Large eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt.
5. Beat with electric mixer till well blended & mix is stiff.
6. Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans.
7. Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
8. Topping:Mix all ingredients well.
9. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
10. Pour over warm cake.
