Annette's Meal in a Dish
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 6 potatoes, sliced (or as many as you would usually have for a meal)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can vegetable soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can water
- Fry hamburger with onion and seasoning.
- When brown put in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Add sliced raw potatoes over browned meat.
- Then add vegetable soup and water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours.
