Chicken & Lemon Pasta 10-Minute
- 6 oz. rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 12 oz. , cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice and parmesan topping in small bowl.
- Add to hot (drained) pasta and toss.
- Add chicken and broccoli; toss again.
- Season as desired with your favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Divide evenly onto 4 plates.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
