Hearty Beef Stew
- 3 cups Beef Stock
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Tomato Soup (condensed)
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1 cup Vegetable Juice (V8)
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 5 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 5 whole Carrots, Peeled And Chopped
- 1/2 heads Green Cabbage Shredded
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 4 whole Potatoes, Peeled And Cubed
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Green Beans, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
- Add all ingredients into a large crock pot and stir.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Serve with cornbread!
