Mustard Green And Ham Hock Stew
- 950 grams ham hock /pork knuckle
- 300 grams mustard green
- 10 clove garlic with skin
- 3 tbsp thai chili sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp five spice
- 5 star anise
- 1 dry tamarind skin
- 10 dry chili
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 liter water
- in pan quick saute ham hock /pork knuckle with garlic and sugar then add all ingredient and water bring to a boil
- put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 25 to 35 minute depending on how soft you want your pork knuckle
- learn it rest for 3 hour so flavour will be more intense then bring it to a boil again then off heat to serve
