Beef Fajitas

  1. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Mix vinegar,olive oil,tequila,lime juice,garlic powder,chili pepper,onion powder,salt in small bowl.
  3. pour over steak.
  4. refrigerate for at least 1 hour or over night.
  5. heat up castiron pan and sear both sides put in 350 f oven for 15-20 minutes.
  6. serve with tortillas, onions and peppers and pico de gallo.
