Black Beans and Rice

  1. Bring the broth to a boil in a meduum saucepan.
  2. Add rice.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Stir in black beans and cilantro, cook until thoroughly heated.
  5. Stir in salt.
