Sweet & Spicy Mustard Chicken & Shrimp Kabobs

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  2. Reserve 1/3 cup mustard mixture; refrigerate for later use.
  3. Pour remaining mustard mixture over combined shrimp, chicken and vegetables in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat ingredients with mustard mixture.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate.
  5. Heat gill to medium heat.
  6. Drain marinated ingredients; discard marinade.
  7. Thread chicken, shrimp and vegetables alternately onto skewers.
  8. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until shrimp and chicken are done, turning occasionally.
  10. Meanwhile, cook reserved mustard mixture until heated through.
  11. Place skewers on platter; drizzle with mustard mixture.
