Protein Blaster Breakfast

  1. Boil some water and put over the TVP.
  2. Let soak 10 minutes.
  3. Add edamame, egg white, and dulse.
  4. Microwave 1.5 minutes on high.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Serve with a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
