Protein Blaster Breakfast
- 12 cup textured vegetable protein
- 12 cup frozen edamame
- 12 cup egg white
- 1 tablespoon dulse seaweed
- Boil some water and put over the TVP.
- Let soak 10 minutes.
- Add edamame, egg white, and dulse.
- Microwave 1.5 minutes on high.
- Let cool.
- Serve with a dash of Bragg's Liquid Aminos.
