  1. wash and dry handd.
  2. in a deep fryer.
  3. heat oil to prepare for chicken.
  4. clean chicken and cut into cubes.
  5. in large bowl mix flour, salts and pepper.
  6. add chicken to flour mixture toss around.
  7. till chicken is lightly coated.
  8. strain excess flour into trash.
  9. carefully add chicken little at a time.
  10. fry til golden.
  11. meanwhile.
  12. gather veggys and boil in water until done.
  13. in a seperate pan.
  14. fill with 2 cups of rice and 4cups water.
  15. uncoverd til boil.
  16. reduce heat add 2tsp salt 1tsp butter.
  17. cover and do not check until 7 minutes.
  18. when all chickem is fryed.
  19. drain excess oil.
  20. mix together preservs and mustard.
  21. add cicken to coat.
  22. on plate add rice than chicken than veggies.
  23. enjoy
