Applesauce Muffins

• 1 12 cups hot applesauce
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 12 cup shortening
• 1 14 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 cups flour
• 1 cup raisins
• 12 teaspoon allspice
• 12 teaspoon clove
• 12 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 12 teaspoon salt

1. Heat applesauce in a large pan.
2. While apple sauce is hot stir in soda aand shortening.
3. When cool, add other ingredients and mix well.
4. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
