Short Cut Pierogi Recipe

  1. Rinse kraut with cool water; drain simmer 5 min.
  2. Dice salt pork and fry down to little bits.
  3. Add in onions and mushrooms.
  4. Cook till brown and tender.
  5. Add in cooked kraut to the pork bits, onions and mushrooms; fry 10-15 min.
  6. Add in cooked bow tie noodles to fry pan.
  7. Add in sliced kielbasi to fry pan or possibly serve on the side.
  8. Delicious!
