Curried Chicken Appetizer Bites

• 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
• 1/2 cup finely chopped red apples Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
• 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
• 32 Belgian endive leaves (about 4 heads)
• 3 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Combine first 7 ingredients.
2. Spoon onto endive leaves.
3. Top with sour cream.
